At Brenda Boutique, customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a clear and transparent return policy outlined below.
1. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
Returns can only be requested after the item has been successfully delivered and received. All return shipping costs are the full responsibility of the customer. Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original condition. All original tags, labels, and packaging must still be attached and intact. Trying on items is allowed, but wearing or using them is not permitted. Orders placed in multiple sizes with the intention of returning part of the order are not accepted.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact us at info@brenda-boutique.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Once your request is approved, you will receive the return address. Ship the item back at your own expense using a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
3. Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, if approved your refund will be processed within 14 days via the original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Liability
We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered according to tracking information. If an incorrect shipping address is provided by the customer, this is the customer's responsibility. Any address errors must be reported within 24 hours after placing the order.
